Very good
Liked: Perfect place to stay in La Spezia. The host was helpful, attentive and flexible. At the last moment we prolonged our stay and the host was very helpful and supportive. It was clean, the rooms are very interesting and comfortable
Disliked: Only minor adjustment could be done with breakfasts. They are good however it’s the same almost every day (there are choices so for a few days it’s not a problem) and only sweet

Disliked: The property is located on the first floor of an old residential building in the historic centre of La Spezia. Check-in is available until 8:00 p.m., which may be inconvenient for guests arriving later, and finding parking nearby can be difficult due to the central location. In our opinion, the accommodation felt more like a B&B than a hotel. We booked and prepaid a room for three guests through Booking.com. After the reservation had already been completed and paid, a message appeared on the platform indicating that an additional bed would incur an extra charge of €30. This may have been related to a technical issue or an error in the booking process. As we had already arrived at the property, we decided not to dispute the charge and paid the additional amount. In our opinion, the room and bathroom were not cleaned to the standard we expected. The property has a very distinctive vintage style, which may appeal to some guests, but it was not to our taste. Breakfast was acceptable, although we personally would have preferred a buffet rather than having the food plated by the staff. Overall, our experience did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. Based on our personal experience, we would not choose to stay at this property again and would not recommend it.
