Great location, lovely host, air fresheners overpowering
Liked: Great location, near train station. Very clean. Very friendly host with good communication. Complimentary mini bar was a nice touch.
Disliked: Bed was quite low down and mattress could do with replacing. Whilst the apartment was spotlessly clean, there were 4-5 air fresheners in what is a relatively small room, which was way too much and the smell was overpowering, so much so we had to unplug them as it played havoc with my partners sinuses.
I was passing through town from Torino to Pietrasanta, and staying in La Spieza to visit Cinque Terre for the day. Being
Liked: Clean, modern interiors. Authentic, beautiful building with an amazing interior courtyard. But, without a doubt, the best part was Daniela! She was so helpful, kind, enthusiastic. She showed me to my room at check in, walked me through everything and then sent me so many great local recommendations!!! She made me feel not like a guest, but like a family friend visiting. I’d absolutely recommend staying here, and would so again myself!
Disliked: bed wasn’t as firm as I like, but that obviously varies from guest to guest

Liked: Daniela and Stefano were very kind and thoughtful. They reserved a parking space in advance. After my arrival, Stefano accompanied me to the private parking area. This B‑&B boasts a fantastic location, just a 10‑minute‑walk from the train station, making it extremely convenient for visiting the Cinque Terre. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, as well as supermarkets and convenience‑stores nearby. The room was comfortable with a very pleasant‑scented fragrance. Luggage storage was available. Upon departure, Stefano walked with me to collect my car. Highly recommended!
