Exceptional
A awesome experience in this lovely city
Liked: Excellent location for everything you need 👍🏻 good size room with a balcony
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Easy to check in, nice host, very clean, good location, everything was just perfect
Disliked: I did not realize that there was not onsite staff, was okay but should have been clearer in description
Nice and comfortable, near the City center and train station
Liked: Great stay overall! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was equally clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to both the train station and the city center, making getting around super easy. A special shoutout to the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful when we ran into a quick issue with the air conditioning. Highly recommended!
Liked: Room was very clean, modern, cold air conditioning (hard to come by in Italy in the heat) and the staff were excellent at communicating and very nice when meeting.
short economy stay
Liked: Location is close to Centrale (8 min by foot) and 3 min to pedestrian shopping street. 15 min by foot to lungomare or ferry port. My room #1 did not face the street so there was no traffic noise. The rooms are located in the residential building, floor 4th. The elevator is new and worked well. The room is recently renovated with very strong AC and electrical heater in bathroom so you can dry your beach towel. There is mini fridge and tea kettle (don't forget to bring your own tea). There is no storage room but I was allowed to leave my bag in the corridor until evening. Nothing bad happened, thanks.
Disliked: Check in was harsh. Be sure that the staff received your arrival information (exact time of your arrival) and give you instructions how to enter the building and the floor. If I would not have mobile Internet (or rouming) I would stay next to elevator. There is ongoing renovation in the building so it was very noisy from indoors. No soundproof between rooms either. Cleaning should be improved. Very early check out (09 am). Would be great to receive a room with AC ON upon arrival as the arrival time is clearly mentioned. AC is in front of the bed.
