Good location to visit Cinque Terre
Liked: Location is easy to find, located on the hill with nice views on the harbor. 10 min drive to central station with parking and trains to Cinque Terre. Annalisa gave us some good advice where to eat and places to visit beside Cinque Terre villages.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was absolutely beautiful and very clean. It was clear that the owner cares about every single detail, as the apartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for our vacation. The host was also fantastic—very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

Liked: This apartment is amazing! 😍 Even more beautiful than in the pictures! ❤️ Careful attention to detail, sparkling clean, very well equipped..! 🥰 Spacious, comfortable rooms, the furniture is very comfortable, the view from the terrace is breathtaking..! ❤️ The garden is magical..! 🌺 Quiet, peaceful, safe neighborhood, shops nearby! The host is exceptionally friendly, really nice, very helpful, it was a pleasure to meet her! 🥰 I recommend it to everyone with all my heart! ❤️❤️❤️

Liked: Annalisa's house is located on a quiet residential area in the vicinity of La Spezia, only a few minutes drive. An ideal location for my family of 4. After day trips visiting busy places like Pisa, Lucca or Cinque Terre, Annalisa's house felt like an oasis of peace! Annalisa herself greeted us on our arrival and made herself available for questions during our whole stay, she made us feel truly welcomed. A very spacious house (3 bedrooms, two bathrooms), fully air conditioned, private parking inside the property, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook some of our meals during our stay. The beds are very comfortable. She recommended some local restaurants, we visited only one, which was delicious! However, what really stands out in Annalisa's house is the great attention to details: Immaculately clean house, old school standard, which was a joy to find. Decoration is carefully thought to make a comfortable stay while not loosing that homely feeling. Is clear that the kitchen was equipped by somebody who cooks, as we didn't miss any item when preparing our meals. Annalisa also arranged a wonderful beach day for us, which we thoroughly enjoyed! This was our first visit to this area, but if I ever come back, there is no other place I'd consider to stay. Thank you Annalisa, you made our stay a very special one. A well deserved 10/10 score for you!:-)

Please note: late arrival until 22:00 will be charged 20 euro, late arrivals between 22:00 and midnight will be charged 50 euro extra fee.

Dear guests, I inform you of an important rule of the house: when you are not at home, you are strongly requested to turn off all air conditioners, heat pumps, lights and electric appliances for a reason of energy saving and respect of the environment. If they are left on, we will turn them off.
If guests require heating before or after the period set by the property, they will have to pay 14 euros per day directly in the property.
The heating can be used from 1st of November to April 30th for a fee for a maximum of 5 hours per day respecting the local communications of La Spezia City Council.
Guests are reminded that the use/switching on of the heating depends on the municipal and regional regulations in force at the time of their stay.
