Exceptional
Liked: The hotel was in a great location, shops, restaurants, and the harbor were very close, yet the room was quiet. The artist-painted wall murals added a nice touch of character. Having coffee and tea-making facilities was a bonus.
A nice place to stay
Liked: We came to stay before heading off to Cinque Terre, it was an efficient and comfortable stop off point. Simple, no frills but clean and well run.
Disliked: Nothing, it was just as expected and as described.
Liked: Very pretty room, with all the necesary amenities (coffee, tea, water, even some small snacks). Good AC, comfortable bed, easy and nice comunication with the person in charge, i left my luggage there early before the check-in and also the next day after the check-out. From the train station it is a 12-15 min walk through the city center, on a pedestrian street full of restaurants, cafes and shops. Felt very safe
Disliked: The towels had a weird, “sour” smell (maybe some fabric softener in the future).

Best for budget and modern stay
Liked: Very modern and clean! The instruction to checkin is very clear, English is good. They have a small door gift with snacks which made up our day. the power plug has USB-B and type C which is very convenient for charging
Disliked: 1km (walk 10-15min) from train station
Good for one night, beds were not comfortable
Liked: Good location, quiet and relatively close to the train station and close to shops.
Disliked: The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
