Fabulous
Liked: Nice views, great host communication
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable at all - seemed to be a common thing in Italy but this was by far the worst. Very steep walk to/from town and hard to get taxis

Liked: Nice little place. Its a guest house. Location is ok its a steep walk.
Disliked: Its a guest house so rooms can be noisy with people coming and going but that's not the owners fault. We did have someone arguing in the next room till 2am but again not the owners fault

Liked: Ca Leon is located up the hill which guarantees beautiful views. The room and bathroom were spotless. Car is needed if you want to go to the centre of La Spezia

Liked: Wonderful place to stay! It was beautiful, clean, friendly and with stunning views of the mountains and the sea. Relaxing environment and we all felt like home immediately.
Disliked: The only downside is the long walk from the city center. Still worth it for us, but can get tiresome after a few days.

Liked: We absolutely loved this accommodation. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you might need, making the stay very comfortable. The atmosphere is charming and authentic – it truly feels like you are experiencing the real Italy. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!
