Exceptional
Liked: Nice, clean place. Friendly, helpful owner and sweet mother of owner who lives nearby. We enjoyed the view from the bedroom window. There is also a washing machine.
Disliked: The house number was slightly hard to find. There is an entrance by some stairs at number 131 of the street, that gets you to the right number the quickest.

Liked: A little tricky to find the place but totally worth it. Clean & spacious apartment with lots of useful appliances. Communication with the owner was great, she responds very quickly.

Liked: Casa Elena was so comfortable and clean. It had everything available that you would need for your stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked meals. The washing machine, pegs and clothes line was excellent. It was so nice having the little things, like a glass bottle of cold water in the fridge, light Italian breakfast and milk, an Italian coffee maker, two working tvs, and some games in the cabinet. A beautiful stay and base to explore cinque Terre. A 20 minute walk to La Spezia train station. Also friendly communication from the owners about checking in.
Disliked: Nothing! Everything was perfect.
Perfect
Liked: The apartment was so spacious, great for a longer stay. Loved the cooking equipment and things like oil, spices and milk provided, so that we could cook for ourselves. The wifi worked perfectly and we liked having a smart tv in the bedroom and lounge room. The washing machine was very handy. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Despite all the instructions we still struggled with finding the place. The map within booking.com was more accurate/helpful than google maps.
Highly recommended place to stay
Liked: Barbara and Elena are such amazing hosts. We are really grateful for Barbara availability and Elena kindness despite the language barrier. The place is really nice and spacious! We appreciated the breakfast left for us, really useful for us before starting our day to visit the Cinque Terre. You can also use the laundry machine which is a big + during vacation.
Disliked: No product for the shower. Not the end of the world but it would have been better to have some.
