I do not recommend staying at this place

Liked: warm water and acceptable location. The host was also responsive and welcoming.

Disliked: The second bed was not usable as there was only one blanket. The bed sheets were not super clean. The place was not fully equipped. For example, there was no iron, no shampoo, insufficient toilet paper, etc.

Clean and quiet flat, nice host

Liked: The host was very helpful and answered quickly. We got the keys in a safebox. The flat was clean and quiet. You can easily walk to the city center (20min) or trainstation (15min).

Disliked: There is no wifi in the flat. There is no kettle for the tea, only a coffee machine. There is no kitchen equipement such as paper towels or aluminium foil if you want to pack sandwiches. There is no shower gel & shampoo.

  Exceptional

Liked: We only stayed here for the night but it was great location to walk around the city and visit Cinque Terre. The owner was very nice and flexible about check in and check out. He helped us also with tips on where to eat and what to do around the city.

Good place to stay, however would recommend avoiding in heat of Summer

  Liked: Location was good.

Disliked: Would have been much more comfortable with air conditioning or a bigger fan. Shower did not have hot water and the stay also would have improved with wi fi.
