Exceptional
Liked: Comfortable room, and bed with good pillows! Good location, about 5 minutes from the train station but also off a main pedestrian shopping street, with lots of restaurant options. Modern decor, and though it was in a busy area was fairly sound proofed being higher up.
Would stay at the same property again
Liked: Exceptionally clean rooms, close to the city center and train station. Close to the waterfront.
Disliked: The mobile check in and the complex parking situation.
Very nice experience, lovely hotel and staff
Liked: The hotel is perfect, the furnishings are modern, and everything is high-tech and advanced. The service is impeccable. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Liked: Impeccably clean. Beautiful design all over. Room was perfect and extremely comfortable and clean. Staff were super polite, kind and helpful. Never ever had such a brilliant hotel experience!

My stay in La Spezia for my visit to Cinque Terre
Liked: Room was large and comfortable. Good location to train station. Lots of restaurants near by.
Disliked: Elevator was an antique and if someone hadn't shown me how to use, might have been Iugging my luggage up 4 flights. Disappointed that needed to take my luggage to a paid service for my wait for train. A first in my experience.
