Liked: 1. The location is perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre; it is only a 10-minute walk from the central train station. 2. María helped us tremendously during the check-in process, which was wonderful. 3. The room was extremely comfortable. 4. The cleanliness of the place was exceptional. 5. The bathroom was very spacious and spotless. 6. The area is safe for going out and exploring La Spezia. It is a quiet area, but nothing bad happens there. We absolutely loved our nights here. This coastal area is beautiful and completely worth visiting!!! Without a doubt, we would stay at this accommodation again I highly recommend this place to stay for a few nights and enjoy this area of Italy.

Liked: a great apartment in the heart of La Spezia. Clean, nice with everything you need to rest after the long way and get ready to explore the wonderful Italian Riviera. The hosts were most helpful in giving the tips where to go and what to see. Their restaurant recommendations were also the top!

Was convenient and room was nice
Liked: The apartment had several locked doors that we had to go through which made it very safe. It was a short walk to the train station and there was a bakery literally across the atreet
Disliked: The neighborhood was a little sketchy. There is a park across street that you had to walk through that after 7 had a lot older men kind of sitting around drinking. It was not bad, just not have seen that in Italy. Reminded me more of a USA city but of course without the drug addicts and homeless.
