Liked: The room within the apartment was ok.
Disliked: The changed the location one day before offering another apartment with no parking. One croissant and coffee you can’t call it a breakfast. The cafe that offers the breakfast for Glam Resort is basically a tourist trap.
A scam
Liked: We didn’t eat a breakfast because they didn’t let us make the check in
Disliked: They advertise this as a resort but is a room rental The location is scary They didn’t let us do the check in, the girl never answer to my phone and text messages. I send them an email with the passports as per there request and never get the key to go in at list. This is a scam ad I need my money back We where find ourselves in the middle off the night without a place to stay because off this. Very bad experience.

Disliked: The pre-check-in process is kinda frustrating on their website. I did this in advance so it was ok. But even after that the “amazing” PERSONAL ASSISTANT asked to upload my ID card again. Basically there’s no personal check in as they were saying in messages before. Then sending a bunch of LOOONG Messages that was kinda annoying. Short and simple one message would be appreciated more. If you are booking this for the BREAKFAST, DON’T. It is in nearby cafe that is below average. There’s no choice in breakfast, there’s a low quality old croissant, average coffee, and watery juice. I would rather pay less for this accommodation without breakfast than this. To get into room, you need to open 7 DOORS. Each time! And that gets annoying quickly. Every time you use water, the water tank filling up makes drilling vibrating sounds that are not pleasant especially when the other person is trying to sleep. In improvement I suggest at least put a common microwave oven. And fridge with freezer.
