Very good
A comfortable stopover
Liked: This was a highly convenient accommodation option for us after a day of exploring Cinque Terre, as we continued our journey toward Lucca and Pisa. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and both the room and the terrace were very spacious.
Disliked: A minor issue in the bathroom was the lack of storage space. There was no shelf under the mirror to place our toothbrushes, soap, or shaving kit, and the sink itself had no counter space for them. Additionally, there were only two towel hooks, which was not enough to hang both the bath towels and the hand towels at the same time

Liked: Room very small with no mini fridge, NO LIFT!! Location - quite isolated Quite expensive for what you get

Up curvy hills to a venerable establishment offering comfort and a full breakfast
Liked: I was surprised to learn that the hotel was far from la Spezia city centre. It was fine anyway as the staff was super polite and helpful, and there were good restaurants nearby. The view of the city below was so pretty, especially at night!

Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Florence
Liked: Loved Hotel Nella! It is a centrally located, small hotel nestled in the center of Florence. All sights are a short walk away, and the train station is minutes from the front door. Alejandra was incredibly helpful during my stay and my room was very clean, quiet, quaint and comfortable. Bonus points for great aircon and a great shower! Highly recommend.
