  Liked: -Excellent location, right in the city center, yet in a quiet area. -Very close to the train station, harbor, and bus stops, making it easy to get anywhere. -Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. -The inner garden is beautiful and relaxing. -Friendly and welcoming staff. -They allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, even though the room was not ready. -Peaceful atmosphere with no outside noise.

  Disliked: -The garden could get a bit crowded and felt slightly untidy at times. -The bed linen looked worn and could be of better quality -The room was quite dark and lacked sufficient lighting. -During our 4-night stay, the room was not cleaned and the towels were never changed. -The minibar fridge was quite noisy at night. -There was no makeup mirror or vanity table. -The room felt rather plain, with bare walls, not giving it a warm and cozy feel -There were not enough hooks or hangers for towels, hats, or other personal items

  A charming stay with an amazing host

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Il Giardino degli Oleandri. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm, with a lovely garden that makes you feel at home. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Manuela was an exceptional host, kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting La Spezia and the Cinque Terre.

  Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great, and we had a lovely stay.

  Pefect Home,Kind Host

  Liked: Everything was excellent. The host and his daughter were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. The bathroom was very clean. The apartment is located right in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere. As a gesture, the host provided complimentary water and sweets, which was a lovely surprise. There is also a comfortable courtyard where you can sit and relax. Overall, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
