Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Clean
Disliked: Groups of men outside all night not safe
Liked: 5min walk from La Spezia Centrale station, 2 min to shopping mall for grocery. 10min to city center for many choice of restaurants and museums. The building is by a historical piazza Brin, which is lively at night. Room is spacious and basic, remember it is one unit within a apartment suite, so you will share a hallway, and coffee machine etc with other rooms. The price is very affordable comparing other towns in Cinque Terre. Host is very informative and helpful on travel tips etc.
Disliked: Room and building is little rundown, don't expect a 4 star hotel facility.
Holiday weekend
Liked: The location is near the train station and the city centre even the room is clean and organize
Disliked: Nothing
Highly recommend as it is a close walk to train station
Liked: Great location and close to train station
Disliked: No comment
Good location, closed to train station and good price
Liked: Location
Disliked: Heating system
Liked: Very good location close to the train station and about 20 min walk to the Marina and main plaza, the room was clean and tidy. The owners were very helpful and happy to give recommendations. Would consider it a great option for seeing the Cinque Terre towns.
