  Liked: Everything about this stay was great from its size to its location. We highly recommend this accommodation if you are exploring cinque terre or other neighboring areas to la spezia

  Proper Italian apartment, slightly tired but charming

  Liked: Great location to visit Cinque Terre and surrounding areas. We really loved La Spezia it’s a gem with so much to offer and would return. Fabulous old style apartment very close to the sea front and easy walk to station through a lovely city. Hans booked taxis for us and answered questions.

  Disliked: Two toilets please and not just two bathrooms, a working washing machine and possibly a new fridge. Had to call Hans to get the keys which wasn’t easy( for us) after that we WhatsApp which was easier.

  Good location

  Liked: Good location, close to the waterfront, about 15 mins walk from main station. Spacious apartment on the third floor of old building, with a lift but some stairs. Stayed 3 nights to visit CT. Overall suited us well.

  Disliked: Could do with an upgrade to shower
