Exceptional
Nice villa to stay in with pretty much anything you need nearby
Liked: What a lovely villa to stay in nice sea views with some gorgeous boats mooring up and some gorgeous restaurants 2 seconds away and a 15 20 minute walk with some gorgeous evening with all the lights on the building turned on. The villa had pretty much everything we needed for a 2 week stay.
Disliked: It isn’t mine
We had the most wonderful stay and will be recommending it to everyone we know. Simona is a super host
Liked: The property is beautifully located; with the local beach just a stones throw away and easy walking access to the town with a supermarket, pharmacy and all of the restaurants. The property itself is large, airy and well equipped with a stunning terrace and spacious bedrooms/living area.

A beautiful, comfortable home and perfect base for day trips around the region
Liked: Our stay at La Terrazza tra Cielo e Mare was absolutely wonderful. The view from the house is breathtaking, from gorgeous sunrises to peaceful, scenic evenings and starry nights. The location is perfect: just a few minutes’ walk from everything interesting in Portovenere, including the promenade, the shuttle boats to Cinque Terre, La Spezia, and the nearby islands, and plenty of cafés and restaurants. A small grocery store is about a 10-minute walk away, and La Spezia (only 20 minutes by car) has everything else you might need. The house itself is spacious and very convenient. We were a family of four (two adults and two teenagers), and having three bedrooms and two bathrooms made a big difference. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, and all the utensils you could need and there’s space to enjoy meals both inside and on the balcony with a stunning view. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and the house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We truly didn’t miss anything. A note on parking: there’s a private spot right next to the house, suitable for a regular car, but it’s a bit tight - so larger SUVs or 7-seaters may prefer the paid public parking just a short walk away. Overall, this is a beautiful, comfortable home and a perfect base for day trips and hikes around the region, while also offering a relaxing retreat in the evenings. Simona, the owner, is kind, attentive, and very helpful - communication was a delight from start to finish. We highly recommend La Terrazza tra Cielo e Mare has it made our stay in Portovenere truly memorable.

Perfect place and perfect host
Great house near the beach with an amazing view
Liked: It is a large, clean and comfortable apartment. The garden and the terrace has a wonderfull view. There are many garden furnitures around for the guests to spend relaxing and peaceful times in the garden. It is very easy to reach to the beaches, ferry port and the old town by walk. Having a private parking area is just super. And we also want to thanks to Simona for her hospitality:)
Disliked: There is nothing to complain about the house but i think guests need to consider that this is an old building which is normal for this area.
