Fabulous
Perfect location for visiting everything
Liked: The location, the style, friendly owner
Disliked: /
Liked: The room was clean, well designed. The host was so nice and kind. The place was close to the city center and the port. There was an espresso machine and coffee.
Disliked: There was a lift but it didn't work. I couldn't find the hair dryer. The key box. You can find the number circle after sliding down black plate of key box.
Liked: Well located and good sized room.
Disliked: Access information was shared a slightly late which was a little stressful. Only one shower head worked and cubicle leaked.
Centrally located appartment with all facilities you need
Liked: Good location in la spezia, but street parking can become expensive. Entrance is with codes which you get by calling the owner. Facilities are okay with a good shower, AC in the room, small fridge and coffee machine. The bed side crib for the baby was placed in the room before arrival which was highly appreciated.
Disliked: The appartement is on the first floor, but elevator is too small for a baby stroller, so bit of a hassle, but acceptable. With regards to cleanliness there could be improvement; bit dustry, some light stains on the bed sheets and rusty towel rack is a bad combination with white towels.
Very safe and clean
Liked: Very clean
Disliked: Location
Liked: It was very close to boat ride and places to eat.
Disliked: It was quite a distance from train station at least 15 minutes walk, road and steps not very good for big luggages.
