Bad experience
Liked: Rooms are clean
Disliked: The room given had been super bad while night the next door or upstairs people kept making various poses including cleaning noises. Very badly disturbed sleep not comfortable at all
We loved La Spezia because it felt like normal Italian city without only tourists:)

Disliked: No reception, No sound isolation, very noisy, we asked the host for late check out or leave luggages for 1 hour and was not helpful. Bad hostess

Disliked: 20:00 Euro for late check in, though their check in is ONLY FROM 14:00 to 19:00hrs. I texted and phoned the owner lady of the property that I missed the train and I will be late arriving. She didn’t care.
