Guest reviews
Very good
They charged a city tax higher than the official one
Liked: Location was central and the room was clean. Easy to access the room with self check-in. Light keys next to the bed very useful and confortable as well as the bed
Disliked: In the room were missing, compared to the description here, a sofa and a coffee machine. The shower gel dispenser was empty. Check in is all automatic, so I don't get why there were penalties to pay if you check in after the defined time slot. Here luggage storage was mentioned, but in reality was not possible as there were nobody in the reception. Worst things of all, I had to pay in advance everything, including the city tax, and they charged me 5 euros for one night, that is twice the value of the city tax imposed by the municipality of La Spezia.
well placed, good for value, near good restaurants and caffe
Liked: it was well placed in town, u had the train at a 7 min walk, and carrefour at 20 metres near wich was awesome
Disliked: the tv remote didn t work but it wasn t a necessary thing cause who goes in vaccation for a tv.
Liked: They were willing to accommodate us with daily room service. We were happy to get clean towels when needed
Liked: Good location, clean and had great air conditioning:)

Liked: Very clean and centrally located. Within walking distance, you find supermarkets and various shops. Large ammount of restaurants and bars around the area too.
