Exceptional
Liked: Beatrice and her son welcomed us warmly. The local recommendations were all superb. It's a lovely apartment, close to good restaurants and the port. The place is cared for, with thoughtful touches and a bit of personality. I can't recommend it enough.

Lovely flat with everything you need and a wonderful host!
Liked: Beatrice was fantastic, she met us at the property and showed us how to access the building and room. She was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us maps, timetables and recommendations of places to go and things to see during our stay. We were welcomed with snacks and a bottle of wine which was so lovely. The apartment was clean and a perfect size for me and my partner. The little balcony was very cute also.

The perfect apartment in La Spezia
Liked: This apartment is simply perfect. The meeting from Bernadette on arrival who was so friendly and helpful. There was a goodie basket of treats and wine for us, and she took the time to explain how to get to the local tourist sites, how the buses and trains work. It was such a warm welcome! The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It had everything you could even think of needed (including a handle parasol for the beach!). It's a two minute walk to the main pedestrian area with shops, cafes and restaurants, the tourist information centre and everything you need...but it's silent at night so we had the best night's sleep on a super comfy bed. Honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you're using La Spezia as your base for exploring the region then stay here!!!

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at Little House 5 Terre in La Spezia. The host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. We were welcomed with a generous selection of goodies, which even became our breakfast for the next five days! The apartment was spotless, modern, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. Its location is excellent, close to both the beach and the city centre, while still offering great value for money. What really stood out was the attention to small details. It's amazing how much of a difference those thoughtful touches can make, turning a good stay into a memorable one.
Liked: Béatrice and her sister were so nice and welcoming. They gave us many good advice to visit and we were welcomed by many goodies! The appartement is very central and fully equipped. It was a great place to stay! Thanks again
