Beautiful apartment with stunning views, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was a great base for exploring Cinque Ter

Liked: The views from the hillside locations were amazing, and the apartment was very nice and clean, other than the major inconvenience of AC not available, and internet not working (Wif-Fi password was incorrect, and then bandwidth was sketchy)
Disliked: When we contacted the host regarding the AC and received a very nonchalant response of " it is on from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, since the temperature drops and it gets cold at night. During the other hours, there is ventilation". Considering the temperatures outside exceeded 25 degrees (Celsius) during the day, it made the overnight stay very uncomfortable. The only outside doors (which had no windows) led to a shared patio, so leaving them open was neither appropriate nor safe. This was a great disappointment for a rental at this price point, and we will not revisit this property. Please confirm that AC is working all hours if you plan to rent this unit, or be ready for the warm/humid experience...
Liked: The view. The room was spacious and included kitchen facilities.
Disliked: TV didnt work at all. Was in another language and no network connection. No one around to help at all. Asked one question via email and got a response that was both not helpful and arrived too late to be useful if it had been.
Liked: Wonderful and kind staff. They made us feel right at home. They were extremely helpful. The view is just beautiful. The pool was fantastic with lovely outside seating areas throughout the complex. A very peaceful and quiet location. The complementary bottle of wine and cookies was a nice touch. As well as the coffee. The place was super clean. Temperature controls were separated into two splits, so it was easy to maintain a comfortable temperature.
Disliked: The bed was a little firm for my tastes, but my husband liked it just fine. If you are not driving your own car,it can get expensive to take taxis back and forth to downtown. You can walk, and we did, but it is a steep climb back and forth.
