Exceptional
Nice short stay
Liked: Location was great. Room had new windows so it was quiet, no noise from outside. Blinders were good too. Beds comfortable and enough of towels. We got discount to local bakery for breakfast which was such a good choice too.
Disliked: The air is maybe not the freshest in the room, quite typical for Italy though. Also, we were asked for pictures of ID over WhatsApp. In era of AI, I think it's quite dangerous, please ask for only essential details, not whole passport pictures.

The mattress was softer than what we’re used to, so it wasn’t ideal for our backs, but that’s just our personal preference — everything else was great.

Disliked: No one at the desk. Construction in building. 10 am checkout is annoying.
