Fabulous
Liked: The location was very convenient, close to the train and the city center. The lady who hosted us was very kind, even though she didn't speak English. Also, she had placed some small items in the room that were useful to us
Disliked: The place was not very clean. In the bathroom, the sink was covered in hair, and the bathtub wasn’t draining properly, it would fill up with water while showering. The blankets in the room also had an unpleasant smell.
it was a real relax
Liked: we liked the cleanliness, the comfort, the hostess' hospitality

Liked: We loved our stay at Punto Relax. The hosts - Luisa and Anna - are great. The room is nice and clean. There's garden where we ate our breakfast every morning, and the location is central to everything: close to the train station as well as the main shopping street. We will definitely come back to La Spezia and to Punto Relax.
