Fabulous
Nice and cosy appartment in central La Spezia
Liked: Nice appartment in very good condition in quite a central location of La Spezia. The host Romina was great, great flexibilty and easy communication. The process of self-check in was seamless. It is very close to many bars, shops, nice big park from opposite and also close to passegiata Morin - the sea promenade which is very much worth visiting.
Disliked: Parking can be an issue, but there are solutions for that too - either around the building on the street (patience is needed for that), or on the big public parkings like Piazza Europa (you need to walk some 10 minutes for that).
Liked: Nice location, cosy and clean. Good value for money. Romina was very helpful and kind all along. Lovely place and people.
Excellent location for sightseeing
Liked: It was a grand building overlooking the park A five minute walk to the port for the boats and also close to the shopping street and restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the castle. Romi was very helpful and let us leave our bags there after check out. Everything was as expected.
Disliked: A small point- no tea making facility in the room only coffee. Noisy at night from the street but that will be the same anywhere- La Spezia is a big city.
Great value, excellent location, beds comfortable and amazing staff
Liked: Location is awesome, staff very amigable, good communication and easy to check-in even after hours. Good air conditioning. Nice to have cookies and coffee
Disliked: Could have better quality of soap and shampoo, recommend installing double window.
Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady recommended places for us to visit that were not in our plan, but turned out to be the best. The location is perfect, with many cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The rooms were very clean, and they were cleaned every day during our stay.

Liked: Convenient place to stay for family of 4 visiting Cinque Terre.
