Exceptional
Wonderful five night stay in beautiful La Spezia
Liked: Host, Mara was helpful and always responsive. The building itself is exquisite. Loved the location. Beautifully appointed room. Loved the little balcony where we could sit and have a drink, I even painted in my travel journal out there.
Disliked: On a technical note, the internet speed was low and at times unreliable, making streaming/internet browsing a frustrating experience.

Liked: Sympathetically decorated for the style of property. Very helpful host and couldn’t have more accommodating with recommendations for trips and places to eat.
Disliked: Noisy dogs in the building but only when we got out of the lift

Liked: The Host Mara was exceptional. She met me at the building and took me up to the apartment, she told me how everything worked(on Google Translate) we were able to communicate well with that App. She was always available if I needed to contact her, which I didn’t have too. I felt more comfortable knowing that she was in the building if I needed her.
Beautiful apartment in a nice location perfect to explore Cinque Terre
Liked: Spacious apartment and bathroom with a lovely small balcony. The host Mara was very welcoming and helpful with a lovely bottle of wine on our arrival. Great central location close to the train station and the port with a 10-15 minute walk either way. Lots of restaurants close by. Pillows were quite hard but otherwise the bed was comfortable. Several stairs at the entrance but then there is a small lift.
Disliked: Pillows a bit uncomfortable

Better than expected
Liked: Location is excellent. Close to the train station and middle of town of La Spezia. The unit is tastefully decorated. The Host was efficient in communication, friendly and kind. Recommended us how to go around the area and even took us to the car rental after our stay.
Disliked: The towels could be better quality.
