Very good
Great value for money, nice clean room with a beautiful view of the city and harbor
Liked: Host was so helpful, she even organized the cleaner to wash our dirty laundry for a small fee. Loved the view of the harbor from our room. Very nice breakfast with a good selection of cakes and food. Loved the pool overlooking the harbor. Easy free parking at the front of the accommodation.
Disliked: Nothing
Perfect b&b, lovely food and people
Liked: We stayed in september for 7 nights, Francesca greeted us on arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and the service every morning. The pool was quiet and had a view of La Spezia. It was about a 30 min walk to the centre but we got the bus from the mini roundabout on the evenings and we just had to get the bus ticket app called ATC (google this rather than searching on the app store as it didn’t come up for us until we googled it) The rooms were cleaned daily, we loved staying here and would definitely stay again.
Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was quite good. The swimming pool is as shown in the pictures. Nice view from the window.
Disliked: The location, but that’s because of the public transports/bus that weren’t reliable at all. We didn’t fell unsafe at any point but it was about half an hour walking. It would be fine with a car.

Great stay for family and great host
Liked: Location, cleanliness and hosts.
Disliked: Air conditioner was a bit old and struggled I the high heat.
We had a lovely time and did not mind being based at La Spezia but next time would go for something nearer the train sta
Liked: The pool was lovely and the breakfast was really good. View out was lovely as well.
Disliked: The location in relation to the town especially as hard to find taxis midweek. The furniture was a bit dated and there could have been more storage.
