Very good
Liked: Good location, very close to the ferry and bus-station. The room is very spacious, I loved the majolica tiles and the large balcony, which is especially nice in the afternoon and evening (shade en breeze).
Disliked: The wifi was a bit unstable, and did not work on the balcony. The kitchen is somewhat old fashioned, no coffee machine or electric kettle, one morning there was no gas. I loved the place, and had a very pleasant stay, but for the price I would expect these details to be better.
Great for making use of port
Liked: Lipari is a great place to visit, lots to do and see. The house is by the port, perfect to arrive / depart to islands like Stromboli etc. and to Palermo etc. Did not have breakfast as I left very early, a " take away" was not offered. Room was large with kitchenette ( not used ) and a small shower / bathroom.
Disliked: This B& B may not suit less able guests as there are two steep, narrow and high staircases to negotiate.

Friendly host, nice facilities, centrally located, noisy at night/early morning
Liked: The room was large and cool. It was nice to have a small kitchen. It is an easy walk to the port even with a suitcase. The host was very friendly and let me check-in early. It is very close to the town and nice restaurants. There is a bank opposite that doesn’t charge for international withdrawals (the one on the main road does).
Disliked: It was very noise at night and very early morning (6am) due to noises from the port and construction. The second set of stairs are narrow and difficult with a suitcase.
