Exceptional
Liked: What a wonderful place to spend time. Breathtaking views of the harbour, Vulcano and over to Mt.Etna in the background. It has great views, as the accomodation is quite high, but if you need a ride anywhere, our hosts were more than happy to help. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Very tasty and abundant! Our hosts were fantastic and a joy to have around. Definitely make the effort to stay here.
Disliked: My Italian isn't great, so I couldn't converse as well as I had hoped.
The stay was peaceful and quiet, with a remote location, though the AC was tricky to use
Liked: - Helpful staff - Free shuttle from the port to the accommodation and back - Good breakfast - Very calm and quiet area - Nice, well-equipped kitchen - A perfect price
Disliked: - AC was very difficult to operate (especially for heating) - Location is in the middle of nowhere (could be a positive for some) - Staff speak only basic English - We did not find any pool there
Friendliest Italians I’ve met all trip 🤗
Liked: Such a warm and friendly family running the residence. They do everything possible to make you feel at home. Also a beautiful location with a view out to Etna.
Disliked: Niente
A lovely stay in lipari
Liked: Friendliness of our host. While we were staying there, a Halloween party took place, which went on until 3 in the morning. We were moved to a quiet room away from the main hotel for one night, then we given a beautiful room for the rest of our stay.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Spacious and comfortable, great view
Liked: Spacious apartment, great view, very hospitable crew and owner.
