  Disliked: We booked a place rated 9.4 with a terrace, private parking and a shared kitchen, but when we arrived the owners told us there was a problem with the room but they didn’t show or tell what the problem was. They should have informed us in advance so we could contact Booking to find a similar accommodation. They paid for another accommodation for us, but it turned out to be rated 7.8, without a terrace/balcony, parking or kitchen – a big disappointment compared to what we had reserved. The hosts barely spoke English and it was hard to understand what they were saying…

  I would definitely recommend this place!!

  Liked: There was a parking lot for the place. The stuffs were very kind and friendly. The lady gave us a tip where to park when we visit the vity with the car. The location was also good. It took less than ten minutes to get in the city by car.

  Disliked: we stayed at the top floor and the wifi was a bit unstable. (my handy switched to LTE and WIFI quite often.

  Very good

  Liked: Lovely spacious, well lit and air conditioned room with a large terrace and a well equipped bathroom.

  Disliked: It's a bit far from the centre of Lucca, so beware if you are visiting in the summer as it can get quite hot during walks. There is a bus stop closeby as well.
