Exceptional
Liked: The location is really nice and the surroundings are beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic and the people working there were very friendly and nice. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Disliked: There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room but no mosquito nets on the windows - it would have been nice to have some, as we couldn't really keep the windows open. The shower hose was broken but when we informed the staff, they fixed it quickly.
Liked: Super convenient located near Lucca but quiet surroundings with a nice pool. Staff were all friendly and the breakfast is delicious! Would stay again! (we booked a room but it is predominantly a campsite)

Liked: The staff were very welcoming, kind and had a good sense of humour. They helped deliver our daughter back into town when there was no taxi and also organised and delivered us to a fantastic Home cooking experience.The breakfast was amazing. The property was set just out of the old town in a small country area and provided bikes for hire so that you could access getting into town in. around 15 minutes. The bikes were very good. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening in mornings thoroughly enjoyed being able to use the swimming pool.

Liked: We loved the rustic setting. It was so peaceful and the staff were really helpful. We had some great advice on where to go for food, beach, trains, parking etc. it all went smoothly. We hired a car which is recommended as you get to see the wonderful sights.
Disliked: As we were from England, it was just missing one thing. Tea making facilities in our room. I think it would be a nice finishing touch if we could make a cup of tea before bed 😊.

Disliked: No A/C at 37°C. The TV was extremely tiny. The shower was poor. Squeaky doors. No towel changed the whole week
