Perfect stay, quiet with fridge
Liked: Location excellent, clear instructions, just a few stairs from street to room. Host was very welcoming.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great location!
Soggiorno di coppia al centro di Lucca
Liked: Posizione centrale, perfetta se si vuole girare il centro storico e per un rapido soggiorno
location, room, and staff were great. room needs an update, and better cleaning
Liked: the location is at the center of the city, which makes a great location. the room, is small but big enough to accommodate a couple. many bars and restaurants around the area too.
Disliked: the room was a bit dirty, i turned the fan on and lots of dust flew off around the room, most landed on the bed. the shower drain was clogged and water started to fill up on the bottom. the room needs a modern lift, and maybe Air Conditioning during the summer heat. it is very hot.
Solo traveller
Liked: The location is fantastic and central to lots of monuments and plazas. The staff were very accommodating; the fan was broken in my booked room so I had been assigned to an alternative en suite which was lovely. There was a mini fridge to store my meats and cheeses, and I was able to store my bags in the reception area before and after my stay. Be aware, there are quite a few steps for anyone with accessibility concerns.
