Unwelcoming attic with old furniture
Liked: Position in the town.
Disliked: Old falling apart furniture, confusing communications. Feeling that it's an attic full of old furniture and things. Very cold. Very unwelcoming place. Stale croissants for breakfast. Staff dusting the computer during our breakfast.

Liked: Great location, very central. Good breakfast, very friendly staff.
Liked: It had an elevator, located in the middle of town.
Disliked: Everything was old, not enough lighting, you can hear your neighbors, Reddit or working.
Very basic accommodation in a good location
Liked: "Al Tuscany" is one of many B&Bs in Lucca and is centrally located in the historic old town. The accommodation is situated on the top floor of an old town house and is accessible by elevator—a major advantage. It comprises several rooms as well as a breakfast area. Our room was small—12 m² at most—with a tiny bathroom and a shower so cramped that one could barely move inside. The beds are old and wobbly. The room is sparsely furnished and bore no resemblance to the photos, which showed elegant décor. The owner is very friendly and talkative.
Disliked: The furnishings do not meet reasonable standards. This applies to both the room's furniture and the bathroom.

Liked: The staff was so nice and helpful. The place is so cute and cozy.
Disliked: It’s a bit small, so with big suitcases it’s a bit uncomfortable, but they help you a lot to make you feel as comfortable as possible!
