Disappointed. Great location, poor experience
Liked: Great location
Disliked: The place was a bit careless and not very clean. The apartment is on the 3rd floor accessible by stairs. The information in the publication is not that clear as it is the sane information for different kinds of booking. And the staff is not very friendly nor helpful
Liked: Great location for Lucca, easy to check in and out. Everything was really clean and big space.
Pleasant central space
Liked: This is a nice room high up in an old building, looking away from the central area - so quiet and witha. Pleasant view over the rooftops. The room is a good size, with good bed and bathroom. The steps are steep but if you dont mind then this could be a good place to spend some time in Lucca.
Liked: Great location, nice room. We really enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Please put your phone numbers on WhatsApp! That would be really helpful.
