Fabulous
B&B Ai Cipressi was much better than the other nearby hotels of similar price
Liked: The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the city walls of Lucca. The breakfast was good, lots of choice. The room was very spacious and cleaned every day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, exceeding expectations
Disliked: The kitchen area in the room would have benefited from a fridge to store drinks and groceries.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay! Spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms, despite the central location, within walking distance of the historic center and train station. Good breakfast with fresh bread and croissants, and very friendly, helpful staff. The area felt quiet and safe even late at night, and bicycle rentals are available for a small fee. We would happily return!
Disliked: A few small improvements would make the stay even better: an extra toaster at breakfast, the option to skip daily room cleaning/towel changes, and refillable toiletries instead of single-use to reduce environmental impact.

Liked: Gabriel, the hotel manager, was very helpful in supplying efficient info about dinning in Lucca and especially gave us assistance when my mobility scooter got mulfunctioned.

Liked: Location to the city wall all walking distance. Friendly staff
Disliked: Bathroom too tiny. Breakfast just average
Liked: The place is good, the owner Gabriel is a nice guy that gives us all the information we need to explore the town.
Disliked: We didn't have the time to degustate breakfast because we left early but I think the food was delicious.
