Great location beds need attention
Liked: Ideal location right by the piazza del'anfiteatro but good soundproofing so no noise from the street. Spacious room with nice traditional decor. Good effective air conditioning.
Disliked: Shower cubicle was tiny with not much room to move. Bed was rock hard and pillows too thin so came home tired and stiff from lack of sleep.
Great location, beautiful historical building
Liked: Great location, we had a balcony facing Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. Walking distance to everything. Owner was available and very accommodating, let us leave our luggage until our room was ready. Gave us a ticket for breakfast at a little cafe close by, very nice.
Lucca is a beautiful place to visit
Liked: Very central and easy to walk to all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The air conditioning was very noisy. We had a room overlooking the square which was a lot of fun but also extremely noisy from very early in the morning with rubbish collection and street cleaning.
