Exceptional
Amazing value for money stay in Lucca
Liked: The location is fantastic: just outside the old city walls, few minutes walk to the historic centre. The fact that it comes with parking and breakfast for this price, makes it even better value. The staff: both the owner and the maid, were very courteous and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom stayed damp all the time and therefore, the towels wouldn’t dry. However, the staff replaced the towels when we asked for it.
Great location, lovely location but not perfect
Liked: Excellent location close to the city walls and free car parking. The staff, Samantha, and the owner were both lovely.
Disliked: We had two rooms. Room 3 was a twin room and the layout was poor making it difficult to access our cases and keep things tidy. Also the bathroom was along a short corridor which went passed an office which meant was neither private nor convenient. Room 2 was much better although our friend found the ensuite too compact to be comfortable.

Liked: Family villa Next to supermarket Bus 3+ stopped opposite property: to station €1,70 (debit/credit card, tap onboard) Short walk to centre of town Comfortable bed Hot shower Attentive host
Disliked: No kettle to make a cup of tea The milk boiler does not get the temperature high enough - we prefer tea to coffee, personal choice Bathroom: tight space!
Lovely little B&B. Close to walled city, which we wanted. Staff very friendly. Had a lovely weekend
Liked: Was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast tray and coffee machine, which was a nice touch. Easy walking distance to walled city.
Disliked: Nothing. Needed somewhere to sleep and shower and served perfectly.
