Liked: the staff was amazing same as the property and the breakfast was so well organized and delicious

Simple basic accommodation, but clean and with a good breakfast
Liked: The staff were friendly and the place was clean.
Disliked: Very dated, air con did not cool the room. Garden poorly maintained - long grass around the pool, scum around the perimeter of the pool. The whole place is rather tired. Only stay here if you have a car. We are fit and do a lot of walking but it was a trek in and out of Lucca that we didn’t want to do every day.
Wonderful relaxing time
Liked: Have been to this hotel many times over the last 15 years. Perfect location in my opinion as outside the city walls so relaxing time post lunch by the pool. A easy bike ride into Orvieto, the bike shop ( on the main road going in) allows you to leave the bikes at the B&B and they collect- perfect if you have a car or are getting a taxi to the station. Clean comfortable rooms, I had a lovely little terrace where I sat reading, great breakfast and really friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: There is nothing not to like.

Disliked: Nothing about the place but it is a 30 minute walk into the center of Lucca, just good to know.

Disliked: A little shabby, pool and pool chairs need updating. Not a buffet breakfast and quite limited offerings. Nobody on sight so no extras available such as bottled water.
