Liked: Outside of the ZTL, while being close to the centre of Lucca. We parked at Parcheggio Carducci which is a 10 minute walk to the accommodation. Room is spacious and bed was comfortable. Host was very nice in letting us check in early when we arrived to the town. There are also lifts to get to your room so you can avoid carrying your luggage up the stairs. Room also has a small fridge to use.

Disliked: Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room though I believe there was a communal one downstairs in the lobby.

  Liked: Location and breakfast

Disliked: Not as clean as it should have been. Bathroom had a problem with the toilet - would not flush properly every time.

Liked: The hotel is truly lovely, with a convenient, central location. The rooms are spacious and tidy, featuring a very large bed. Breakfast wasn't huge, but it was excellent and well-presented.

  Great location, average accommodations

Liked: Great location in Lucca. Close to parking, close to the wall, and within walking distance of many restaurants and other sites.

Disliked: The AC quality was below average. One side of our room was barely cool enough to be comfortable. The other half was sweltering and could not be occupied because there was not an AC unit in that part of the room. The space had some sort of sewage problem the last 24 hours of our stay, making the room and hallway smell very bad.
