Validate the room u have picked
Liked: Well located if you do via Francigena. Very clean.
Disliked: Just disappointed that I booked for a triple room. Was flying from Montreal and we were tired after the buses from Rome since the trains were not working. 24 hours strike. We arrived and we only got a room with only one regular bed for two. 2 good friends traveling together for the trek.
Liked: Very good communication with the B&B. Also loved the vintage style!
Disliked: The room was quite hot. There is a fan but it was quite old and inefficient so would recommend the B&B gets more efficient ones.

Liked: Sweet little place, great value/location and I loved the decor - especially the vintage yellow bathroom. All very clean and functional.

Disliked: The room was extremely hot. A fan was provided, but it was not sufficient for a room with two beds. It was also plugged in and positioned over the bed, which did not feel safe at all. The listing did not clearly mention that the bathroom was shared, which was disappointing. Communication was also poor, making the overall experience quite frustrating.

Disliked: Un po agé la parte di rubinetteria, l’illuminazione nei corridoi é temporizzata ma dura davvero troppi pochi secondi tipo due o tre secondi, apprezzo il tentativo di non sprecare energie elettrica, ma così è davvero un po’ ansiogeno 😕
Liked: The location was very good for the centre of Lucca.. The host was very friendly when I met her one morning. The small was terrace was very nice and there was tea available
Disliked: My room was very small with not even a mirror. The curtain across the door was not hung properly. The bathrooms need replacing. I was expecting breakfast as it was a b&b but I obviously hadn't read the small print properly. There was only tea available and couldn't find any coffee for the coffee machine
