Liked: Lovely room with great amenities
Liked: Staff were wonderful and good location. This is a Disney style with a lot of pink. Please note if you have scent allergies as it’s quite perfumed

Liked: Phenomenal, clean, and spacious accommodations. Friendly and professional multi-lingual staff. The breakfast spread is amazing: yogurt, fresh fruit, sandwiches, cold cuts, cheese, and pastries. They made coffee (espresso, latte and cappucino) on the spot.
Liked: The hotel provided a wonderful breakfast. The staff were really helpful and carried our bags to our room as there is no lift. The hotel is a walkable distance to the old town in Lucca. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Liked: Hyggelig og sjarmerende lite hotell litt utenfor bymuren, ca 15 minutter å gå til Lucca sentrum, grei parkering i bakgården, god frokost, super service av hun som jobber i resepsjonen. Fikk f.eks frokost servert tidligere en normalt pga tidlig avreise. Noe støy fra gatetrafikk. Viktig å kontakte hotellet hvis en ankommer sen ettermiddag/kveld da resepsjonen ikke er betjent. Meget gode engelsk kunnskaper på hun som jobber i resepsjonen
