Guest reviews
Very good
I would definitely stay in this hotel again
Liked: very helpful staff - always available, informative and communicative; bed was very comfortable, lighting good, great breakfast and restaurant; clean, safe, well organized, ease of access to bus line, excellent pricing, tv channel/internet options, room was a good comfortable size, lost of room. Plenty of towels. Distance from city is not too far.
Disliked: no snacks or food available after breakfast and before 5:30. Bar opens up at 5:30 pm and offers only a few appetizers. Restaurant opens at 7:30 pm only. No snack machines. Refrigerators in rooms have only water. Neighborhood is mainly residential only. Couldn't figure out how to change room temperature. Didn't seem to to work when I tried. No drawers to put clothes in, only shelves. Not enough hangers.
Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Nothing to add
Liked: Location.
Disliked: Do NOT book this place based on the pictures. It’s a basement. You take 5-6 steps to the door and another 5-6 steps to the living room/kitchen. The bedrooms seemed clean (we checked in and checked out in led than an hour) but the couch had stains on them. We didn’t dare sit on it. The air inside was unbreathable. The smell of mold was unbearable.
A shout out to the lobby staff who found us a driver!!!
Liked: Breakfast was more than sufficient. Nice variety.
Disliked: Everything was very satisfactory.
Super comfy
Liked: The family room is very comfy and has lots of space.
Disliked: It is. Ot close to the city center, so you need a vehicle or public transportation to visit it.
Book it!
Liked: A very nice hotel outside the city walls with free parking! We left our car and walked to Lucca everyday! The room was large, clean, with very helpful staff! Highly recommend! Breakfast was very good! We enjoyed having a cocktail and sitting outside on the patio at night!
