Exceptional
Lucca's nest
Liked: Nice appartment just outside Lucca's wall. Air conditioning with modern facilities.Good size fridge freezer. Great location for visiting Tuscany.
Disliked: Nothing.
Exceptional
Liked: It is a fantastic apartment, equiped with everything you should need for a short or a long stay. Warm welcome with a bottle of local wine, cold bottled water in the fridge, coffe and candies - was lovely. The design is great, the own terrace and the garage is awesome. Location is 5 minutes walk from the old town.
Disliked: The sofa bed is uncomfortable and very noisy. The lady who welcomed us didn't speak English, we didn't speak Italian so it was like the Activity game.
Superb
Disliked: I find it more convenient to collect the keys from a key safe rather than meeting the owner in person. The check-in times are quite inflexible. If you’re traveling from a long distance, it can be nearly impossible to arrive on time, and there’s a €50 charge if you don’t make it. Additionally, it’s extremely challenging to vacate the property by 9 AM when you’re on vacation.
Very good
Liked: Parking garage, vicinity to the city.
Exceptional
Very good
Disliked: When we arrived in the timesloth noted, the owner did not Pick up his phone. There were nobody Around and no information. After 20 min a lady showed up. There were no written instructions about the trash. Luckily we met some friendly neighbours.
