Exceptional
Perfect for a family of 5
Liked: Perfect size for a family of five. Jules was amazing and met us personally and helped us with dinner reservations. She was beyond curtious.
Disliked: It worked great for our needs. However it is on the third floor so if you are unable to walk steps it could be difficult. We did not have issue with the stairs.
Liked: I enjoyed the location and comfort of accommodation.
Disliked: The kitchen was not clean.
Liked: Location, facilities, amenities
Disliked: Noisy broken ac was annoying, especially during night time.
Nice stay
Liked: We stayed 6 nights, 4 persones incl. 2 teenagers. The appartement is very well suited. Giulia (host) was nice and helpfull. Location perfect in Lucca as well as a base for daily trips.
Disliked: The stairs might be problematic for guests with big luggage, we had only one which was handled by our sons. To get to bathroom you have to pass bedroom. This aspects are minor so it did not afect our rating.
Perfect apartment in great location
Liked: Great location, perfect apartment for our short stay. Met all our needs and would book again.
Quiet stay in Lucca
Liked: It is a big space: living-room with kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom and an extra room. It is good for a family with 2 children. So for the 2 of us it was a nice stay in a rather big space. It is on a quiet street. As a plus, there is a washing machine. Hosts were nice.
