Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Central location and friendly staff.
Liked: Great location, beautiful city and accommodation.
Disliked: Lots of mosquitoes around. Our room wasn't initially cleaned however, they sorted it out very quickly
Very pleasant and relaxing. Felt very safe
Liked: Right in the middle of quaint community. Very walkable and nice.
Disliked: Directions from the train to get there were very confusing. Need detailed instructions and directions.
Liked: Location was the best possible, right in the heart of the town. Room was clean and the host was very nice. The building had a rustic Italian feeling. We would stay there again
Lovely Relais in an historic Palazzo building with lots of light and open space
Liked: This was perfect for our family with 3 small children. A wild garden,, tortoises, swings, all in the heart of Lucca. A kitchen to make breakfast - very comfy and spacious. Park the car and walk everywhere.
Don’t recommend, needs a proper clean and renovation
Liked: The location is okey.
Disliked: The room wasn’t at all as on the pictures. It wasn’t clean with disgusting shower full of limescale and cracks. The room was super old and the door to the room was just behind reception where you could hear everything. I left the accommodation and requested refund
