Guest reviews
Fabulous
Clean, close to Lucca inner city
Liked: Clean, 15 mins walk to Lucca inner city, comfortable bed, free parking
Liked: The breakfast was good but the staff we're all very very friendly! For those that like running, I recommend running towards the city walls and doing a few laps over them! Very nice place to run and go back! Also: there are Lime bikes in front of the hotel a lot of the times. Nice way to travel back and forth!
Disliked: Not much!
Liked: The room is very clean. The desk staff is friendly and approachable. It is very close to the McDonald and supermarket, only about a 2-minute walk.
Liked: Clean and friendly staff
Great stay!
Liked: Staff were great and got us checked in nice and quickly. We made a mistake with our booking but the staff very kindly changed our room type at no extra cost. Staff explained how to get to lucca centre and all about where to go which was really helpful
Liked: Reception staff
Disliked: Urgent need for refurbishment, air conditioning barely working, unpleasant kerosene smell, shower a real joke, worst possible value for price
