Good
Peace n quiet and a lovely pool
Liked: Great situated hotel, few minutes drive to Lucca. In beautiful surroundings. Amazing quiet pool with plenty of sun loungers. Staff were friendly and very nice. Great for kids

Liked: Good location. Nice view from the room/balcony.
Disliked: The accessible room was too narrow to be convenient with a wheelchair. The toilet had no seat!

Liked: Very convenient to our friends in Lucca, with plenty of parking.
Disliked: The room was quite plain with a very hard bed and no tea/coffee making facilities. Also bathroom needs to be completely rethought! It was impossible to shower without water flooding the floor which to make matters worse was beautifully tiled with extremely slippery marble! This is an accident waiting to happen and needs to be corrected asap. There is also insufficient lay down space for toiletries and turning to sink tap on results in water flying out of the opposite side of the sink. The restaurant breakfast was comprehensive it had an interesting enough dinner menu, but there was absolutely zero ambiance with powerfully bright overhead lighting.
