Great stay with a friendly famil-run staff
Liked: Very well staffed hotel. Treated kindly by all the staff there. Easy to walk to the wall and walk around Lucca as well as all parts of the city. Parked outside the wall about 1/2 mile away.
Disliked: Had to haul our luggage a bit to get to where we parked our car.
