Guest reviews
Fabulous
Good accommodation, great location and value
Liked: The location was perfect, and the room was spacious. Breakfast looked nice, but we had to leave early to catch a train so we were unable to try it as it was only starting at the same time we needed to leave.
Disliked: Needs a newer TV to enable app streaming, as I don't speak italian I was unable to watch any of the shows.
Liked: Location excellent for station
Disliked: Very basic
Liked: Staff were do friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. There was enough variety for all of our party of 2 adults and 2 kids to have what we all liked. Location was perfect- round the corner from the train station but without any noise, and right across the road from an entrance into historic Lucca.
Disliked: Beds were a little firm, but we still slept pretty well.
Liked: Close to the train station. Comfortable bed, good shower and air conditioning. Very good breakfast.
Disliked: N/A
Loved our stay here!
Liked: Loved the location next to train station which made it easy with us when traveling with our luggage. Being able to leave our luggage prior to check in was helpful. The breakfast was better than other places we stayed and offered fresh fruit and pastries. Other places sold store bought pastries. These seemed fresher!
Disliked: Our one bed was uncomfortable where the two twin beds came together.
Liked: Nice staff, good bed. Good sorted breakfast. Very good placed close to the station and the wall to old town.
Disliked: Perhaps there could be better ventilation. It would be nice to have some information about check- out time, important phone numbers, closest pharmacy, grocery etc. And that you can buy some coffee or anything else in the reception.
