Good
A clean hotel outside the walls of Lucca with outstanding staff who truly care about their guests
Liked: The staff were incredible—kind, helpful, and went above and beyond when my airline lost my luggage for over 10 days. They helped me make calls, send emails, and even extend my stay at a fair price last minute. The hotel was cleaned daily, and both rooms I stayed in were spacious enough to comfortably lay out my things. The private bathroom was great, and when I switched to a different room, it was much more comfortable overall.
Disliked: The price felt a bit high for the original room I booked. The fan was okay but not very strong, the table needed repair, and there was no fridge to keep water cold during the hot days. My first room didn’t have air conditioning, which made it less comfortable.
Great for the money, very close to Porte Elisa
Liked: Simple accomodation, but perfectly positioned near Porta Elisa - very close to the center. Staff very friendly and helpful. Outside a stunning garden.
Disliked: A fridge would work and also a mosquito band to the windows can be applied as well from my point of view. Other then that everything went smooth! Grazie mille!
Pleasant stay with good location
Liked: Good location. Good sized room.
Disliked: Hotel is old and tired.
It's the kind of place to go if you're travelling alone and don't have particular necessities
Liked: It's a decent place if you travel alone, your stay isn't long and you don't have particular necessities, close to Porta Elisa, staff is really kind.
Disliked: Phon is the kind that works for like 5 minutes and the AC is impossible to turn off. Price is a little bit high for the services it actually offers.

Disliked: Staff did not seem interested.Poor value for money. Poor location on a nosy main road, no breakfast or facilities etc
