  Liked: The location was great. Down a quiet side street. But right near the bike Rentals and Rite near the shopping.

  Disliked: The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. They need to really scrub that shower.

  Very convenient adorable hotel

  Liked: Its such an interesting old place. So beautifully decorated. Feels like someone really cares. So much slace in the room and bathroom. So convenient to the city. Great shower. Really quiet too. Camt hear the street. Only noise is internal occasionally but since there's no one at the desk there's very little chatter and there's only a few rooms so not alot of coming and going. But it's super convenient. I loved it.

  Disliked: Sadly for me the bed was terrible. Its a soft mattress with no support rhat appears to have had its day and they put a foam pad on top of it. If you have back.pain or arthritis, it's a tough one. But was ok for a couple days.

  Perfect central place to stay with character & comfort!

  Liked: Great location, comfy bed & good shower etc. No complaints!

  Disliked: Nothing that bothered us but there was a bit of noise from the other guests in the evenings coming up/down the stairs. It was a self check in style without anyone to meet us but that wasn’t a problem & we were able to leave our bags in the room while it was being cleaned.

  Could not have been happier - we loved our apt and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Luca

  Liked: The location was sensational and our view of Il Pozze de Sainta Zita was so special. Everything was just around the corner, it is a fantastic location. The decor, amazing and huge shower, the comfy bed, the tea and coffee making facilities - all superb.

  Disliked: Nothing could have improved our stay - the staff were quick and responsive - all excellent.

  Great accommodation in historic city center

  Liked: Fantastic location, ease of check in with digital key. We stayed in Purple room with comfortable firm bed, 2 chairs, a minibar and bathroom with shower and bidet. Airdryer in bathroom. The Purple room is up a flight of stairs (no lift). Would absolutely book again.

  Disliked: Would have liked a mini fridge for personal food items
